Earthquakes: Bodywork for the Planet?
Yesterday, two earthquakes shook Bay Area ground, one around 3pm, the other around 8:15pm. During the first, I was on BART pulling in to the West Oakland station and thought perhaps the train driver got a little too enthusiastic with the brakes. Later, I was home chopping zucchini and felt the whole house shimmy. All told, the Bay Area got around 4.0 trembling richters each time.
